Customer Requirements: The retailers had a requirement for the date and lot code to be printed on the front of the milk carton to stop customers from pulling the cartons out of the racks to check the code.
Benefits Seen: This was the only method that could produce a black code of the required legibility at the line speeds required by the customer and gave the customer improved track and trace and anti-counterfeit measures.
